Heard Ld. Counsel for the parties. Perused the record. The Ld.
Counsel for defendant seeks time to file reply to the motion.
2. The Ld. Counsel for plaintiff submits that the plaintiff is in
possession of the suit premises and the defendant is trying to disturb his
possession. In paragraph no.8 of the plaint, it is pleaded that the
defendant has engaged antisocial elements to threatened the plaintiff.
He pointed out the deed of assignment dated 21.3.2018 and submitted
that plaintiff was given possession at the time of executing the said
deed. He has pointed out various documents filed with the plaint
which primafacie show that the plaintiff is in possession of the suit
premises. Hence, by way of adinterim order, the defendant is directed

not to disturb the possession of plaintiff till hearing of this motion.
Hence following order.
ORDER
The defendant is restrained from disturbing the
possession of plaintiff till the hearing of the notice
of motion.
