RAER Suit No.33/2021 the plaintiff wants to withdraw this suit
unconditionally. The learned Advocate for the plaintiff submits
that no proceeding in Hon’ble High Court or Hon’ble Supreme
Court is pending. Considering the submissions made in the
application I pass the following order.

2. The plaintiff is allowed to withdraw this suit unconditionally.
