Hence, Designated Officer G/south ward is directed to consider the reply and documents filed by plaintiffs and then pass fresh order. Till then and in case of adverse order two weeks thereafter, defendant corporation is directed not to take any coercive action in respect of suit premises. In view of this suit and Draft NM are disposed of. Draft NM be registered for statistical purpose. Proceeding is closed.
