ORAL ORDER
1. Plaintiff, who was in employment with the defendants as
Assistant President, has filed the suit challenging his transfer and
thereafter his termination and in the said suit he filed the present notice
of motion seeking leave to produce certain documents and also seeking
directions to the defendants to produce other documents that would be
germane to the present suit.
2. At the outset it would be appropriate to mention that the
contract between the plaintiff and the defendants is a contract of
personal service which prima facie cannot be specifically enforced,
however learned counsel for the respondents concedes that the plaintiff
cannot be prevented from producing the documents which he intends to
produce.

3. As far as other prayers in the Notice of Motion are concerned,
they need not be considered at this stage of the proceedings. As such I
pass following order;
O R D E R
1. Notice of Motion No.1371 of 2019 is partly made absolute in
terms of prayer Clause(a).
2. Accordingly NM No.1371 of 2019 is disposed of.
