Perusing record, it appears that, Plaintiff lodge this suit on 28.03.2019 and placed
before the Court on the same day and plaintiff was directed to remove office
objection from 28.032019. Thereafter, the matter was placed before this court on
29.03.2019, 03.4.19 and 2.5.19, 11.6.19. The plaintiff not removed the office
objection and register the suit. Therefore, Notice was flashed on Court's Notice
Board on 04.01.2023 to remain present for comply. But today also none present for
plaintiff. Plaintiff also filed draft Notice of Motion, leave was granted. But he failed
to tendered the register Notice of Motion and serve the Notice of Motion to
defendant. It appears that the plaintiff does not want to proceed with this suit and
Notice of Motion. Hence, suit is dismissed for want of compliance and Notice of
Motion is also disposed of accordingly.
Suit and Notice of Motion be registered for statistical purpose.
