7(a) to D(c) and D-8 to 10 filed VP. The chamber summons
no. 505/2018 is filed by the plaintiff for permission to bring
on record the legal heirs of deceased D-7 who expired on
10.12.2017. This chamber summons is filed on 1.3.2018.
Thus the chamber summons is filed within time. Ld. counsel
for proposed legal heirs has no objection to allow the
chamber summons. Hence chamber summons no. 505/2018
is made absolute in terms of prayer clauses (a) and (b).
Necessary amendment be carried out in two weeks.
Amended copy of plaint be supplied to the other side by
next date.
