Perused the application and say of defendant/MCGM. Heard both the sides. This application is filed by the plaintiff No.2 to 6 for deleting the name of plaintiff no. 1 who is their mother died on 12.07.2024 leaving behind her only the legal heirs who are already on record. On behalf of defendant/MCGM application is simply opposed on the ground that it is not maintainable as per the rules of City Civil Courts. No doubt plaintiff no. 2 to 6 are already on record so if the permission is granted to delete the name of plaintiff no. 1 no prejudice will be caused to the other side. In the result application is allowed as prayed.
