service. Adv. Mahamuni for D-2 present and filed VP on
behalf of D-2. By order dated 17.6.2017 the suit is proceed
uncontested against D-2,3,and 4. As per the affidavit of
service filed by plaintiff, defendants are served with the
chamber summons. Heard Ld. Counsel for plaintiff in CS
No. 508/2018. By this chamber summons, the plaintiff
seeks to include more properties in the schedule of the
property of the plaint. It is stated that plaintiff was not
having all the documents at the time of filing the suit. In
view of the averments made in the affidavit filed in support
of chamber summons, I find that proposed amendment is
necessary for effective adjudication of this suit. Hence the
chamber summons no.508/2018 is allowed. Necessary
amendment be carried out in two weeks. The copy of
amended plaint be served to the court with copy to all
defendants before next date.
