ORDER
As per the Roznama dated 22.09.2021, the plaintiff was present
and suit was ordered to proceed, without written statement. Thereafter,
on 10.11.2021, 15.11.2021, 07.12.2021, 07.01.2022, 05.02.2022 and
today, the plaintiff failed to adduce evidence. On 07.12.2021 as the
plaintiff failed to adduce the evidence, the suit was posted for passing
order against the plaintiff. In spite of this fact the plaintiff remained
absent and failed to take any steps. It appears that the plaintiff is not
interested to proceed with the suit. Hence, I pass following order:
ORDER
1. The suit is dismissed in default.
2. Parties to bear their own costs.
