Considering the submissions of both sides and prayer in the suit, it reveals that the plaintiff has sought the relief of declaration that the action of demolition of the first floor consisting two galas in the said building pursuant to the impugned notice is illegal and also challenged the impugned notice and order. The ld.A dv. For the plaintiff submitted that it is because of specific suggestions given in the cross examination of PW No.1 the plaintiff is required to file these documents which are the rent receipts and the ration card and if same are exhibited, the plaintiff would close his evidence. On the other hand, ld.A dv. For the defendant/MCGM objected to exhibit these documents.
