Perused the record. By this suit plaintiff has challenged the
notice u/s 354A of MMC Act. My ld. Predecessor directed
the defendant corporation to pass speaking order and also
directed the defendant not to take coercive action till
passing of speaking order and seven days thereafter in case
of adverse order. Hence, in view of this suit and draft
NM do not survive and they are disposed. Suit and
draft NM be registered for statistical purpose.
