This application for transfer is filed on the ground that a Ld. Judge has  heard the matter and kept for Judgment on 14.03.2020 and thereafter the said Judge was transfered to another court. This is almost 10 months back that the matter was posted for Judgment. However, with the passage of time even if the matter is transferred to the said court it will have to be re-argued and thus no purpose would be served. Moreso now the Ld.
