1. Thi notice of motion filed by defendant no 1 to delete from
the suit. According to defendant no 2, the developer is M/s Tattva
Mittal and Mittal Lifespaces Pvt. Ltd and he is necessary party to the
suit. Defendant no 2. Mittal Builders is not necessary party. Hence
prayed to delete defendant no.2.
2 Heard both the sides.
3 Tattva Mittal and Mittal Lifespaces Pvt. Ltd is hereby
added in this suit in place of defendant no 2 Mittal Builders in view of
order in Chamber Summons No 584 of 2018. Hence, now this notice of
motion is disposed of accordingly.
