For reason separately recorded following order is passed.
ORDER
1. The defendant shall pay Rs.1,84,208/- (Rs. One Lakh Eighty Four Thousand Two Hundred and Eight Only) to the plaintiff with interest on principal amount of Rs.1,20,000/- at the rate of 18% per annum from the date of filing of the suit till its realization.
2. Defendant do pay costs of the suit to the plaintiff.
