1. Heard learned Advocate for the plaintiff and learned Advocate for
the defendant corporation.
2. The plaintiff by this Chamber Summons seeks to amend the plaint
by bringing subsequent facts on record which took place in relation to
the notice structure. It is the case of the plaintiff that the defendant had
removed two doors and partition wall of suit premises during the
pendency of the suit. The plaintiff also seeks to bring these facts on
record.
The amendment of the subsequent facts would no change the

nature of the suit. In order to avoid multiplicity of the proceedings, the
chamber summons needs to be allowed.
In the result, following order is passed.
ORDER
1. Chamber Summons No. 476 of 2018 is allowed.
2. The plaintiff to carry out the amendment in the plaint within 14 days
from date of order.
3. Chamber Summons stands disposed off.
