Already Respondent has filed submission that they have withdrawn the Order dated 11/03/2019. Adv. for Appellant has submitted the contention in the submission Exh.-3 that Misc. Appeal be dismissed.
It is submitted on behalf of the Advocate for the Respondent that the date mentioned of the eviction Order in the submission Exh-3 is a typographical mistake and it be as 11/03/2019. Its copy is at Exh.-L (Page No. 67) Applicant has prayed for setting aside the Order dated 11/03/2019. Since the Respondent withdrawn the said order the present appeal can be said be in infructuous.
Adv. for the Appellant has submitted that Appellant needs to be disposed off. In view the submission pursis Exh.-3 the Appeal is disposed off as infructuous.
