Business: 1. Notice of Motion No.1032 of 2018 is made absolute in terms of prayer clause(a).
2. Registrar, City Civil Court, shall deploy or appoint Assistant Registrar to observe the act of donations which the defendants are receiving from the devotees in the nature of cash, gold, valuables etc.
3. Deputy Registrar is directed to supervise and control the donations which are coming on eve of Ram Navami on 25/03/2018.
4. The cash amounts which are collected in the collection box and gifts received be calculated in terms of money and same be deposited with the accounts of City Civil Court.
5. The cash amounts be invested in the Nationalized Bank in fixed deposit scheme till further orders.
