ORDER
This is a Chamber Summons is taken out by the plaintiff for
amendment in plaint. The defendant has failed to file his reply to the
same.
2. Perused the Chamber Summons. Heard both the advocates for
the plaintiff at the length.
3. The plaintiff want to incorporate pleadings as to invoices and
delivery challans in respect of the transaction in the suit by way of
amendment. According to the plaintiff this delivery challans are in
respect of the defendant pertaining to the transaction of the suit.
4. If the nature of amendment is looked into it is in respect of
certain invoices and delivery challans relating to the transaction in the

suit pertaining to the defendant. The proposed amendment will not
change the nature of the suit in any way.
4. In these background, in this background this Chamber Summons
is deserves to be allowed by permitting plaintiff to carry proposed
amendment as prayed. Hence, the order. :
ORDER
1. The Chamber Summons No.662 of 2019 is allowed.
2. The plaintiff to carry necessary amendment as per the
schedule with in 14 days from the date of the order.
3. The Chamber Summons No. 662 of 2019 is disposed off.
