ORDER
1 Constituted Attorney of Plaintiff company, Mr.Yogesh
Chavan alongwith advocate is present. He filed this pursis for
withdrawal of the suit against the defendants. He submitted that
Hon'ble High Court vide order dt.21st July, 2022 disposed of the
A.O. No.411/2019 and Civil Application No.488 of 2019 with
certain directions to defendant No.1 o 3. In view of said order, the

plaintiff made a statement before the Hon'ble High Cort that they
shall withdraw the L.C. Suit(st) No.3767/018 i.e.present suit from
the trial court unconditionally.
2 It reveals that in view of order of Hon'ble High Court,
the plaintiff is willing to withdraw the suit unconditionally.
Hence, there shall be no hindrance to grant permission for
withdrawal. Hence, plaintiff is permitted to withdraw the suit
unconditionally. Specific order is passed below Ex.1.
