Heard the Ld. Counsel Mr. Pandey on behalf of plaintiff and Ld. Counsel Adv Rawde on behalf of defendant.
Adv of plaintiff produced copy of order dated 19.03.2020 passed in WP (L) No.900/2020 and requested to pass such order. On behalf of MMC Ld. Counsel also admitted that such directions are issued by Hon\''ble High Court. In the said order Hon\''ble High Court suggested to the Commissioner of Municipal Corporation to consider issuing general directive not to demolish, evict or hold auctions of attached properties for a specified period with a Caveat that if corporation in some extra ordinary cases, for compelling reasons are required to do so. They shall be at liberty to move the appropriate court and obtain necessary orders. In view of above directions of Hon\''ble High Court the defendant  in this case also suggested to consider those directions as per law. With consent of both the parties keep Notice of Motion for arguments on merits on 07.04.2020 as pser their convenience.
