Court fees be refunded as per rules. It seems the suit is
withdrawn and the LR of deceased plaintiff is not willing to
proceed further with this suit as well as NM. Thus there is no
point in keeping said NM, ultimately Notice of motion no.
2404 of 2021 is disposed of accordingly.
