Thereafter, defendant tendered Vakalatnama of Advocate Shri Shah. But thereafter defendant No.2 had fallen from a height while doing housework, therefore she was unable to move from her house due to that reason could not file written statement on record. Hence, 'no w/s' order has been passed against the defendant. The delay is not intentional, hence defendant prays that motion be made absolute in terms of prayer clause. -- 1 of 3 -- : 2: N.M.
