the record shows that on 27.01.2026, court has dismissed NM No. 1279/19 and 1117/2019 for want of prosecution. However, after ten minutes of passing of order Ld. Advocate for plaintiff present and filed an application for restoration of both the notice of motions. On the assurance that advocate for plaintiff will argue notice of motions on next date court has restored the NM No. 1279/2019 and 1117/2019.
