For the reasons separately recorded, the following order is passed
ORDER
1. The defendant shall pay Rs.10,92,500/-(Rupees Ten Lakhs Ninety Two Thousand Five Hundred Only) to the plaintiff with interest on principal amount of Rs.9,50,000/- at the rate of 18 percent per annum from the date of filing of the suit till its realization.
