:ORAL ORDER:
Very limited prayer has been asked by the applicant by virtue of
this petition. The Misc. Petition No. 569/18 is allowed by this Court on
15.12.2018 and at that time the concerned Municipal Authority of BMC
are directed to issue Birth Certificate of Kum. Mahi Anil Narvekar.
However, by way of this Misc. Application Ld. Advocate for applicant
brought to my notice that Kum. Mahi has born in Ulhasnagar, Dist.
Thane and therefore the said directions need to be given to Ulhasnagar
Municipal Corporation, Health Department and not to the BMC.
Accordingly, following order is passed.
ORDER
1. Misc. Application 30/2019 in Adoption Misc. Petition
569/2018 is allowed.
2. Operative Order No.2 in the Order dated 15.12.2018 in
Adoption Misc. Petition No. 569/2018 is hereby
corrected and now Ulhasnagar Municipal Corporation,

Health Department, Government Maternity Home &
Dispensary Ulhasnagar 4 to issue Birth Certificate of the
said minor MAHI showing the Petitioner No.1 Anil
Yashwant Narvekar as the adoptive father and Petitioner
No.2 Ashwini Anil Narvekar as adoptive mother
4. Accordingly Misc. Application 30/2019 disposed off.
5. The applicants are directed to produce on record
Investment Receipt of Rs. One lakh of any Nationalized
Bank or LIC or Postal Authority in compliance of the
direction dated 15.12.2018 in Adoption Petition 569/18.
