ORAL ORDER
Heard both parties on Chamber Summons no. 507/2020
moved on behalf of plaintiffs for amendment in para no.2(7C) of
Chamber Summons no. 1876/2019.
2. Defendant filed reply to present Chamber Summons.
Advocate for the defendant formally opposed the Chamber Summons.
3. From the perusal of Chamber Summons, it appears that
plaintiffs wants to amend dates in para 2(7C) of Chamber Summons
No.1876/2019 on the ground of typographical mistake.
4. Proposed amendment is only on the basis of
typographical mistake. Hence it will not cause prejudice to the
defendant. Defendant would also have an opportunity to amend his
reply in Chamber Summons no.1876/2019. Under the facts,
circumstances and considering the nature of amendment, Chamber
Summons is liable to be allowed. Hence following order.
ORDER
(1.) Chamber Summons no. 507/2020 is allowed.
(2.) Plaintiffs shall carry out amendment as per schedule before next
date.
(3.) Costs in cause.
(4.) Chamber Summons no. 507/2020 is disposed of.
