for plaintiff filed affidavit evidence of Mr. Ashok Khiani.
Copy served to other side. He also filed draft chamber
summons along with affidavit. O Leave granted to register
chamber summons. Heard both sides in draft chamber
summons. This chamber summons is filed to bring on
record LRs of deceased D-1. There is no dispute that
chamber summons is filed within time. Hence draft
chamber summons is allowed. Necessary amendment be
