ORDER
1. Notice of Motion no.1260 of 2019 is partly allowed, delay is condone subject to cost of Rs. 5000/- to deft no.3 and Rs.5000/- in total to defendant nos. 6 to 8 i.e. 10000.
2. Suit no. 934 of 2010 is restored.
3. In view of order of the High court dtd.25.01.2011 learned adv. for the plff has not pressed relief prayed clause-b to the extend of continuation to order of injunction dtd. 11.01.2011.
4. Notice of Motion no. 1260 of 2019 is disposed of accordingly. Plaintiff to pay the cost to deft. within two weeks. Next date 05.07.2019 is given for hearing of suit.
