deceased def. no. 9(c) are already on record and his name
will have to be deleted only. Ld. Adv. for def. no. 2 to 5 and
9 to 13 has no objection to allow the Ch/s. In view thereof
Ch/s no. 487/20 is made absolute in terms of prayer clause
(a) and (b). The necessary amendment in plaint be carried
out forthwith. The office to permit Ld. Adv. for the plaintiff
to carry out the amendment in plaint without insisting for
presence of the plaintiff for verification. Adjd to 24.03.2021
for NM reply.
