Following order is passed below Exh. 1- O R D E R Power
of Attorney of plaintiff namely Mr. Kantilal Kisan Jadhav
moved an application for unconditional withdrawal of suit.
He is identified by advocate Mr. Barge. P.O.A. has produced
original Power of Attorney and filed it on record. Verified
copy of Power of Attorney. P.O.A. submitted that he do not
want to proceed with the suit and wants to withdraw it.
Learned advocate Mrs. Tondwalkar appearing for
defendant/M.C.G.M. and learned advocate for defendant
No. 3 Adv. Bushra Khan have no objection if plaintiff
withdraws the suit unconditionally. Hence I pass the
following order- O R D E R 1. L. C. Suit No. 2763/2016 is
disposed of as withdrawn in view of application exhibit-9.
2. Parties to bear their own cost. In view of, disposal of Suit,
N/M No. 4728/2016 and contempt N/M No. 1155/2020
stand disposed of.
