This Notice of Motion is taken out by defendants for reducing
cost imposed by this Courr on 15.01.2018.
2. Ld. Counsel for Plaintiff submitted that there was delay in
filing written statement on record. So they have taken out notice of
motion, which was allowed by this court. But while doing so cost of Rs.
10,000/ was imposed, which is high considering the financial status of
the defendants.
3. Heard both the parties. Perused the material on record.

4. It was submitted that the financial condition of the defendant
is weak and he is not in position to pay the cost. Thus, upon considering
the hearing the cost is marginally reduced and accordingly, I pass the
following order.
: ORDER :
1. Notice of Motion No.925 of 2018 is allowed in terms of prayer
clause (a) and (b).
2. Defendant is directed to pay the cost of Rs. 7,000/ on or
before next date.
