ORDER
 Its a suit of year 2020. Plaintiff carried out amendment in the plaint on 07.03.2022. however, not filed amended plaint till this date. In the year 2022 advocate appeared on behalf of plaintiff but not filed service affidavit on record. Since, 20.09.2023 neither plaintiff nor advocate ever appeared before this court. Even after laps of 6 years defendants are yet not served with writ of summons. It is so because plaintiff had not taken steps at all. It appears plaintiff is not interested in this suit. Hence, suit is dismissed in default. Interim applications if any also stands disposed of. Proceeding is closed.
