O R A L O R D E R This is an application for transfer of suits bearing nos.2377/14, 2973/14, 2423/14, 2424/14, 2951/14, 2378/14 and 2972/14 which are pending in C.R. No.1 to C.R. No.19 wherein suit No.1601/17 is pending, they being interconnected suits. 2 I have heard ld.advocates Mr.Gandhy for applicant, Mr.Ghadge for respondent no.1 and Mr.Pahade for respondent no.2. 3 Ld.advocates for the respondents fairly conceded that they have no objection if one suit, which is pending before C.R. No.19 is transferred to C.R. No.1 where all other suits are pending. -- 1 of 4 -- 2 TA62.18 4 Ld.counsel for the plaintiff only showed his concern for bringing all these suits in one court, for trial by the same Judge. In view of this, all these suits being inter connected, it need to be tried in one court. I pass the following order: O R D E R 1) Transfer Application No.62 of 2018 is allowed. 2) Suit No.1601 of 2017 is withdrawn from C.R.
