Mr. Sunil Tawade (DO-2) submitted that the defendant corporation has no objection in respect of ground floor structure. However, the first floor of the premises is unauthorized. He further submitted that in the notice dated 23.08.2019 and order dated 08.03.2019 it is inadvertently described the unauthorized structure as a ground plus first floor. Therefore, corporation will initiate fresh proceeding under the provisions of MMC Act and will follow the due process of law.  In view of the statement of Mr. Sunil Tawade (DO-2) suit, draft NM and Ch/s No. 660/19 are disposed of. Draft NM be registered for statistical purpose. Proceeding is closed.
