Perused the ch/s which is supported by an affidavit. As per order dated 20.04.19 the suit is proceeded ex-parte. This ch/s is for amendment only regarding the change of authorised officer as the previous officer Sanjay Pachauri has resigned  from the company and document Exh. A annexed with the affidavit speaks for itself. As per document Exh. B and C now Mr. Banty Sahakar by virtue of resolution passed by the board and power of attorney is entitled to continue the suit. Hence, I pass the following order
ORDER
1. Ch/s 479/20 is allowed and made absolute in terms of prayer clause  i and ii .
2.The plff. to carry out of amendment within two weeks .
