          It appears that the writ of summons was served upon the defendant on 1st February 2018, but he did not give appearance in the suit within 10days from the date of service of writ of summons. It appears that there is 10days delay in giving the appearance and filing the vakalatnama. Considering the reason mentioned in the affidavit, the interest of justice requires to allow the defendant to give his appearance in the suit. In the result, following order is passed
         ORDER

2. The delay caused in filing the vakalatnama is condoned.
