2. Perused the notification dated 22/2/2017 of Government of India .
State Bank of Bikaner and Jaipur has been acquired by State Bank of India
with effect from 01/04/2017, therefore, name of the original plaintiff is
required to be changed as a State Bank of India. Hence, I proceed to pass foll
wing order.

1..Chamber Summons No.438/18 is made absolute.
2. Plaintiff is directed to comply accordingly and file the amended copy of
plaint on record.
