Both the parties and their respective advocates are
absent. As the issue involved in Chamber Summons is limited to
formal amendment, it is taken up for hearing.
2. Plaintiff has taken out present Chamber Summons
seeking amendment in the title clause of the plaintiff-Bank.
3. Plaintiff has placed on record a Notification of
Government of India dated 22/02/2017, whereby it reveals that
the State Bank of Mysore has been acquired by State Bank of
India. Thus, the contention of applicant/plaintiff seems to be just
and reasonable. The said amendment is thus necessary and
therefore the title of the plaintiff needs to be amended accordingly.

4. As such amendment sought is formal in nature, same
deserves to be allowed. Hence, the order.
ORDER
1. Ch/sum. No. 618/19 is allowed in terms of prayer clause
(b).
2. Amendment be carried out within 14 days from the date of
this order.
3. Ch/sum. No. 618/19 is disposed off accordingly.
