Suit stands dismissed against Defendant no.1 and 3 in terms
of consent terms Exh.5. 2. In view of withdrawal pursis
Exh.6, suit stands disposed off as withdrawn against
Defendant no.2,4 and 5. 3. Decree be drawn up accordingly.
4. Issue C. F. refund certificate as per rules in the name of
plaintiff. 5. Notice of Motion no.3852/18 and 2546/19
stands disposed off accordingly.
