Order on CS No. 610/2019 Present Chamber summons is filed by defendants No.1 and 2 for giving directions to plaintiff to delete defendants No.1 to 4 and in place these defendants to implead the three persons named in the present Chamber Summons as the defendants. The plaintiff has not filed the reply to this Chamber summons. The defendants No.1 and 2 have filed affidavit in support of it and also additional affidavit. Present Chamber summons is pending since 2019, but neither plaintiff nor defendants coming before the court for hearing on this Chamber summons and therefore, by going through the Chamber summons, I proceed to decide it. It must be observed that defendants have no locus standi to ask the defendant to make particular persons a party as defendant. It is for the plaintiff to decide to whom he should make the party and against whom and what the relief is to be claimed. Therefore, present Chamber summons is not tenable.
