    Heard both the sides on Ch/S 420/18.  No reply is filed to the present Chamber Summons. Adv. Bhavsar D-1 and D-2 and respondents submitted that today only he has received the copy of Chamber Summons and requested for time to file reply.  However, he has not disputed about the death of D-2 on 14.12.2017 and the respondents being the LRs of deceased D-2.  The application is filed within 90 days as per Article 120 of Limitation Act. Therefore, I do not find that any purpose will be served in granting time to file say. Chamber Summons deserves to be allowed. Therefore, following order.
ORDER
  Chamber Summons 420/18 is allowed, thereby plaintiff is directed to carry out the amendment as per schedule attached to the Chamber Summons within 2 weeks from the date of this order.
