O-  I have heard the adv for plaintiff and adv for defendant No.1 at length on chamber summons Nos. 1978/2022, 1977/2022 and 1976/2022.  Perused chamber summons, supporting affidavits and the replies filed by defendant No.1.  Perused record.  Adv for plaintiff has taken out these chamber summons to reopen the hearing on chamber summons Nos.  1113/22, 1114/22 and 1115/22 as Advocate for plaintiff wants to make further submissions on these chamber summons.  Applicants in chamber summons Nos.  1113/22, 1114/22 and 1115/22 have no objection to reopen the hearing.  In fact, the applicants  also seek to tender additional affidavits in all these chamber summons and adv for defendant No.1 has given no objection to take on record the additional
affidavits.  In the reply, the objection is raised that chamber summons cannot be filed in another chamber summons and there is no statutory provision which permits the matter to be reopened for hearing after the same is reserved for orders.  It is the case of plaintiffs that adv for plaintiff needs to put-forth some important submissions which remained to be submitted due to oversight at the time of argument.  It is objected on behalf of defendant No.1 that the relief sought on the ground of Advocates inadvertence cannot be allowed.  The record shows that the applicants in chamber summons Nos.  1113/22, 1114/22 and 1115/22 have taken out these chamber summons to set aside the warrant of attachment in respect of certain properties claiming their interest in those properties.  On 03.12.2022, the Advocates of the parties are heard on all the three chamber summons and the matter were listed for order.  Thereafter, the chamber summons Nos. 1978/2022, 1977/2022 and 1976/2022 are taken out.  This is an Execution Proceedings. The Adv for plaintiff does not wish to file any additional material and seeks permission  only to make submissions on the chamber summons.  There is no possibility that any prejudice will be caused to defendant No.1 if the hearing in chamber summons Nos.  1113/22, 1114/22 and 1115/22 is reopened.
