Notice of Motion no. 1063 of 2020 in Suit no. 2960 of 2010 is allowed as under-
1. Order of closing the cross-examination of PW-01 dated 22-10-2019 by defendant no.2 is hereby set aside subject to costs of Rs.3,000/-(Rs. Three Thousand only).
2. Time granted till next to deposit the said costs in the Court or it be directly given to the plaintiff.
