consent terms by which Defendant no.1 has admitted that Plaintiff has occupancy right in 300 sq. ft.
area from suit premises which is jointly possessed by Plaintiff and Defendant no.1. Further, Plaintiff
has undertaken that she will be entitled to have said area of 300 sq. ft. during her lifetime only and
she will not ownership or tenancy right or claim in respect of said 300 sq. ft. Defendant no.1 has
undertaken that Plaintiff will be entitled to said 300 sq. ft. joint area even if suit premises will be
redeveloped. Consent terms t.o.r. and marked as Exh.9. Plaintiff and Defendant no.1 present with
their advocates and admitted contents of consent terms. Plaintiff and Defendant no.1 are directed to
sign consent terms in presence of Court. Accordingly, they have signed consent terms in presence of
the Court. As such consent terms are verified. ORDER BELOW EXH.1 1. Plaintiff and Defendant
no.1 have entered into consent terms Exh.9, hence, Plaintiff&amp#039s claim has become
infructuous, therefore suit is necessary to be disposed off as Plaintiff and Defendant no.1 have
entered into consent terms and Plaintiff will not have any right against Defendant no.2 to 4, hence
suit stands dismissed in terms of consent terms Exh.9. 2. Notice of Motion no.1159/19 also stands
disposed off accordingly.
