ORDER
1. Misc. Appeal No.108 of 2019 is dismissed.
2. The appellant is granted time to vacate the premises by 31/03/2023 subject to filing of undertaking that he physically is in occupation of the premises and that he will not create any 3rd party interest therein and further that he will honour the order passed.
3. An undertaking to be filed within 3 weeks failing which the order will be liable to be executed forthwith.
4. In view of disposal of Appeal, pending Stay Application Exh.2 is disposed of accordingly.
