regular Court vide Exhibit 8 and the same is
pending for orders. Apart from the same, the
application vide Exhibit 8 is also appended with a
copy of mail sent by the plaintiff addressing his
Advocate on record and thereby stating that, he is
in receipt of full and final payment and therefore,
intends to withdraw the suit. Apart from the same,
the Ld. Advocate for plaintiff also has filed an
application for mediation through Video
Conference vide Exhibit 9 as on today the Ld.
Advocate for plaintiff and the plaintiff have not
pressed the application. Exh 10 Application filed
by plaintiff for withdrawal of summary suit. O Ld
Advocate for plaintiff states that, the parties have
settled their claims out of Court. Hence, prayed for
allowing the application. In view of the same,
application vide Exhibit 6 is allowed. Summary
Suit No.733/2019 is disposed of as withdrawn.
Court fees be refunded as per rules.
