chamber summons be disposed off and suit be also disposed
off. In view of the endorsement on chamber summons no
454/2020 and chamber summons no. 1120/2021 and above
submission of the applicants in chamber summons and their
advocates, the chamber summons no. 454/2020 and
chamber summons no. 1120/2021 are disposed off. As the
original plaintiff expired on 02/01/2020 and heirs/legal
representatives are no brought on record within prescribed
period, suit is abated. Hence, suit is also disposed off. l.o. at
