The plaintiffs are unable to find any other address of defendant.
Hence prayed to allow the chamber summons.
3) The defendant is not served and the envelope has
returned with remark “Not known”. The plaintiff on oath has
stated that they could not find other address of the defendant.
Hence writ of summons to the defendant could only be served by

following order :
ORDER
1. The Chamber summons is allowed.
