Exhibit-11 and pursis Exhibit-12. The consent terms Exhibit-
11 filed by them signed by them all. The separate pursis dated
02/03/2026 also filed by plaintiff and defendants wherein
plaintiffs reiterate about compromise and consent terms. The
consent terms at Exhibit-10 and Exhibit-11 are on record the
contents in it accepted by them all present in court. The
plaintiff wants to withdraw suit against defendant No.8, 9, 10
with liberty file a fresh if needed. Perused record, consent
terms Exhibit-10, 11 and pursis Exhibit-12. The parties
present except defendant No.8, 9 and 10. All have accepted
the contents in consent terms, their signature on it. The parties
have filed copy of their Aadhar Card signed by them and
respective lawyers disclosing identity of the plaintiff and
defendant No.1 to 7. The consent terms and pursis are within
purview of law. The defendant No.8, 9 and 10 not put up
grievances. The consent terms at Exhibit-10, 11 and pursis at
Exhibit-12 accepted. Read and Record. The court proceeded
to pass following order- 1. The Suit No.2771/2016 disposed
of in view of consent terms at Exhibit-10, 11 and pursis
Exhibit-12 with liberty to file a fresh suit against defendant
No.8, 9 and 10. 2. The consent terms at Exhibit-10, 11 and
pursis at Exhibit-12 be treated as part and parcel of decree. 3.
The court fee be refunded as per rules. 4. All the pending
Notice of Motions, Chamber Summons, Misc. Applications

be treated as disposed of accordingly. 5. Decree be drawn up
accordingly. 6. Proceeding of Suit No.2771/2016 is closed.
