ORDER
Adv. Chirag Mody and Adv. Eklaspur made submissions at bar that considering the voluminous documents, detail cross examination will be required, hence, suggested to appoint Adv. Mayur Agrawal as Court Commissioner. In view of the joint statement made, Adv. Mayur Agrawal is appointed as Court Commissioner to conduct cross examination of PW-1 at the premises which both the advocates in consultation with each other will decide. The charge of Court Commissioner be borne equally bar both the side. After completion of cross examination, the Court Commissioner file his report without delay.
With consent of both the parties, the matter is adjourned on 13.08.2026 for cross examination of PW-1.
